We are currently seeking a Quality Technician for ASSA ABLOY in Mölnlycke! The employment begins as a consulting role via Randstad with a great opportunity for direct employment with ASSA ABLOY. As a Quality Technician at ASSA ABLOY, you will work with quality control, deviation management, and improvement work in a dynamic production environment.

The position is during daytime hours and located in Mölnlycke.

Responsibilities

Requirements for the position:

• Education with a technical focus at least at the high school level or equivalent extensive professional experience within the manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques
• Very good understanding of production processes
• Experience with root cause analysis
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience with AutoCad and AX

Qualifications

As a Quality Technician at ASSA ABLOY, you will be a key player within the production operations, focusing on the SPA & MPL flow. You will work closely with the quality department and support functions such as Production Technology and Product Owners to ensure high quality in production.

Quality Control & Deviation Management

• Stop, block, and inform about non-conforming products.
• Report quality deviations requiring deeper analysis to the responsible Quality Engineer (QE).
• Manage and report supplier deviations to the responsible Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE).

Complaints & Improvement Work

• Drive internal and external complaint cases and implement quality improvements.
• Participate in ongoing Lean and improvement work.
• Contribute to the development of new products and production technical solutions to enhance quality.

Documentation & Audits

• Create and maintain work instructions and procedures in our management system IMS.
• Participate in internal audits according to ISO 9001 & 14001.
