Mio is looking for an HR Business Partner

We are now expanding our HR organization and are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who wants to contribute to our continued growth and development.

About the role

As an HR Business Partner at Mio, you will play a central role in supporting and coaching our managers on HR-related issues. Your mission is both strategic and operational, where you work closely with the business to ensure that our HR processes are effective, business-driven, and aligned with Mio's goals and values.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and coaching managers on personnel issues and HR processes
  • Driving, developing, and managing HR processes together with your colleagues in the HR team
  • Leading the entire recruitment process to onboarding new employees
  • Promoting Mio's corporate culture and values while actively working on employee engagement
  • Contributing to workplace environment efforts and supporting managers in rehabilitation cases
  • Driving and developing training initiatives in leadership, labor law, and HR processes
  • Supporting change work and organizational changes

Who are we looking for?

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • A university degree in HR or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in operational and strategic HR work
  • Solid experience in labor law, recruitment, workplace environment, and organizational development
  • Experience working in a values-driven organization
  • The ability to build trusting relationships and coach managers at different levels
  • A business-oriented and solution-focused mindset, viewing HR as an enabler of business success
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and basic English

You are an engaged and attentive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where change is part of everyday life. Your ability to communicate and build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization is crucial for success in this role.
