About the Role

As a technical support representative at Renovotec, you will be an important part of the team handling technical issues and ensuring that customers receive prompt and professional assistance. You will work with troubleshooting and support for both hardware and software within queue management and customer flow systems – systems that exist in various generations, from local embedded devices to modern, connected solutions. Customers range from retail stores and hospitals to other businesses that rely on efficient booking and flow management systems.

Your work involves daily contact with customers, guiding them through technical challenges and ensuring that their systems function as they should. Many cases come in via phone or directly into the case management system. Depending on the type of issue, you will make decisions after initial troubleshooting about whether technicians need to assist on-site or if spare parts need to be purchased. You communicate and establish solution options with the customer and work methodically. For more advanced cases, you collaborate with your experienced colleagues and with the technical support of suppliers.

You will become part of a close-knit and flexible team where service, problem-solving, and collaboration are the focus. We hope you will grow into the role, develop with the tasks, and gradually take on more responsibility in your work.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys a customer-facing and service-oriented role where you can use your technical understanding and problem-solving skills. You find it easy to contact customers, enjoy guiding them, and are confident in handling technical questions. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and find it rewarding to help others!

Requirements

  • High school education
  • Technical understanding and interest in troubleshooting
  • Experience in customer service and/or technical support
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Norwegian and/or Danish
  • Experience in installation and deployment of hardware/software in public environments
  • Experience with technical systems for customer management and transactions
