We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant for a consulting assignment with our pleasant client in the real estate industry for 9 months.

The role is full-time with a start date as soon as possible. Our client is located in nice premises in Johanneberg, Gothenburg.

About the position

As an Accounting Assistant, you will be part of a team of ten people. Your main tasks will include:

• Accounts payable - coding and follow-up
• Accounts receivable - invoicing and payments
• Administration of new suppliers

Our client has large volumes of invoices and works closely together in the team.

Suitable background

We are looking for someone with some years of experience in a similar role. As a person, you are driven with a positive attitude towards solving tasks and problems. You take responsibility, are meticulous, and are passionate about always doing a good job. Furthermore, you are a service-oriented team player who thrives in a role with many points of contact, both internally and externally.

If you have previously worked in Agresso, it is an advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.
