About the assignment

We are currently seeking a consultant for our client located in Gothenburg to step in as a finance and payroll assistant. The client needs to strengthen their finance function, particularly with accounts payable. The assignment is expected to start in mid-April and will last for approximately 4-6 months with the possibility of extension. The assignment is 80% based at the client’s premises.

This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia.

Your tasks

Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for the ongoing administration of payroll for approximately 220 employees per month. Support in various payroll and HR-related issues.

The tasks include, among others;

• Preparation of employment contracts, registration of occupational pensions, statistical reporting, and compilation of work and service certificates
• Management of LAS lists
• Ongoing registration and bookkeeping of incoming supplier invoices
• Other tasks related to the finance department as needed.

Your qualifications

• Previously worked with payroll and HR issues for at least two years
• Previously worked in payroll and HR administration programs
• You need to be able to work according to and have the ability to interpret collective agreements
• Knowledge of and ability to handle holiday salary calculations
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Available immediately

Meritorious

• Previously worked in Hogia Lön Plus and Hogia Personal
• Knowledge of HÖK/AB
