We are looking for a meticulous and structured Accounts Payable Assistant for our client near Landvetter Airport.
The consulting assignment lasts at least until the turn of the year, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. Our client offers a pleasant workplace and the opportunity for hybrid work a couple of days a week.
About the position
In the role of Accounts Payable Assistant, you will have a central function at our client and work with the entire flow of accounts payable. You will be part of a team with several colleagues but will work independently on your parts for a specific company. The tasks include:
- Managing large invoice flows and ensuring accurate handling of transactions
- Registering incoming invoices, coding, and sending out for approval
- Handling incoming and outgoing payments
- Accruals, reconciliations of balance accounts in the year-end closing process
Suitable background
For this position, we are looking for someone who has worked for a couple of years as an Accounts Payable Assistant and is comfortable managing the entire process of accounts payable. You have a good understanding of the financial flow and can work independently and solution-oriented. We prefer that you find it easy to familiarize yourself with different business systems and that you are proficient in both Swedish and English without hindrance.
