Description

We are now looking for a Financial Controller for our finance and production unit at the hospital's joint staff in Skövde.

In the unit, controllers, strategists, project managers, and administrators work on issues related to finance, production, output, and facilities.

We are looking for someone who can take an active role in the hospital's planning and follow-up work and who can provide qualified decision support to the managers of the operations. Your role involves close collaboration with the operations you will support, but also with employees from other units in the hospital's joint staff, such as HR consultants and business developers, in the work for a cost-effective and productive hospital.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and supporting the work with budgets, follow-ups, analyses, and forecasts
• Supporting the managers of the operations in the action work for a balanced economy
• Working on developing key and comparative figures
• Presenting financial information to the managers of the operations and the management team
• Contributing financial expertise in change processes

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree (180 credits) in finance. You have good analytical skills and can see the big picture. You are a flexible, proactive, and driven person. The work requires good communication and collaboration skills, as you will need to convey financial information to managers at all levels in a pedagogical and coaching manner. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
