We are looking for someone who can take on the valuable and important role of school administrator for Frändeskolan and Rösebo skola.

About the Workplace

Welcome to us at Frändeskolan and Rösebo skola! Frändeskolan is a school with just over 200 students ranging from preschool to grade 6 located in Frändefors. Rösebo skola is located a little over ten kilometers west and has about 20 students from preschool to grade 3. Together, we work for a safe and learning school. With us, “all students, everyone’s responsibility” is our motto, and we know that we can achieve so much more by working with shared understanding, participation, and engagement.

A safe climate with respect and community is a solid foundation for the desire to learn, develop, and can provide the drive to take responsibility. We want to create an accessible learning environment both indoors and outdoors that stimulates and creates opportunities to try new things while also valuing the experience and knowledge we bring with us.

Both schools also have after-school activities. The after-school program is open from 6 AM to 5:30 PM, providing space for play, learning, and care. Together, we all work to make our activities accessible to all students.

Job Responsibilities

As a school administrator, you will play a key role in supporting school management, staff, guardians, and students in a variety of tasks. You will be responsible for personnel and student administration, handling and following up on financial systems, communicating to find solutions in substitute situations, and assisting with thoughtful ideas and managing scheduling. You will also be tasked with handling orders and supporting information in our learning platform, among other things.

You will work for both Frändeskolan and Rösebo skola, with your main workplace at Frändeskolan.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant higher vocational education or university degree in administration with a focus on economics, personnel, or social administration, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. You should have experience in administrative work, preferably within schools or similar environments.
