We are now looking for an experienced and meticulous Finance and Administration Manager.

The position starts at 50%, with the ambition to gradually increase to full-time.

The company, which currently consists of three permanent employees, is now in an expansive phase and trades in high-tech products for both public and private customers. We are located in very pleasant premises in Southwestern Gothenburg.

The Role:

Be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping, including payroll, price updates, account reconciliations, financial documentation, tax declarations, etc.

Be responsible for administrative tasks, contacts, and reports with/to authorities, auditors, customs and exports, ongoing ISO management, inventory management (incoming/outgoing deliveries), stocktaking, etc.

Be responsible for the web shop, purchasing, website, in-house sales, marketing, procurement and orders, assist in tenders, etc.

Qualifications:

You should have good and broad experience in finance and administration.

You should have good experience with Visma/similar and Office 365.

As a person, you should be structured, meticulous, responsible, and flexible.

Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish.

Swedish citizenship.
