At StudentConsulting, we are now looking for both qualified and unqualified childcare workers and preschool teachers for upcoming assignments at preschools in Stockholm/Solna. We are looking for individuals who are studying or have another job of at least 50% and want to work extra in preschool. The employment form is flexible and gives you the chance to work at several different preschools as a substitute. We are looking for you who are passionate about children's learning and development.

As a substitute in preschool, you will:

• Take care of and stimulate children's development and learning for ages 1–5 years.
• Create a safe, developing, and educational environment for the children.
• Participate in the pedagogical work and support children's social and language development.

The position means that you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting, but will work at various preschools in Stockholm/Solna. We are looking for someone who can work at least two days a week starting immediately. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Qualified childcare worker or preschool teacher.
• Previous experience working in preschool.
• It is an advantage if you have experience working with children with certain difficulties. We place great emphasis on personal suitability!
• Are flexible and can quickly get around the Stockholm area (a driver's license and access to a car is an advantage).
• Approved high school diploma.
• Fluent in Swedish.

Furthermore, we see that you:

• Have an interest in pedagogical work.
• Are calm, stable, and empathetic.
• It is important that you are good at building relationships with both children and adults, and that you give a trustworthy impression.
• As a person, you should have good teamwork skills as well as clear and direct communication.
