We want you, just like us, to be passionate about social work with children and youth. You want to work in an innovative organization where the work oscillates between long-term planning and rapid qualitative solutions to more urgent situations. As a person, you have a professional demeanor and understand the importance of good collaboration with all actors around the child. You need to have a good ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as being accommodating and attentive in your interactions with others. It is important that you feel secure in your professional role and that you enjoy taking your own initiatives to drive your work forward. If you feel this describes you, apply for the job with us!
