About the position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant, on an as-needed basis, for our client in Täby. There may be a possibility for 30% work during the summer.

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM on weekdays
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on holidays

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to be able to start training immediately.

About the client

The client is a 19-year-old girl. As an assistant, you will pick her up from school or home, and you will do fun activities together, such as going shopping or visiting a museum.

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with all daily routines
• Assist with leisure activities and communication

We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, proactive, flexible, solution-oriented, and engaged. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. You should also be a positive person who can remain calm in various situations. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Can speak and understand Swedish

Employment rate: As-needed basis, with the possibility of 30% during the summer

Start date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
