We at Attendo are now looking for a care assistant/nursing assistant to Vårdbo Åkersberga.

Attendo Vårdbo Åkersberga is a care and nursing home with 24 places divided into two departments, one dementia department and one somatic department. We also have a social day activity with 10 places. Attendo Vårdbo is located by Åkers canal, centrally in Åkersberga.

Job Description

As a care assistant/nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers.

The position is a night shift with working hours from 20:45 to 07:15 or 21:00 to 07:00.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

You are service-minded, flexible with a strong work ethic, and have previously worked in elderly care. You work well in a team but also independently.

Qualifications

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare, nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity
• Experience with SoL documentation
• You are not listed in the criminal record

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care
• Experience of delegation.
• You have experience working awake nights
