We are currently looking for female assistants on behalf of our client, who want to work extra. There is a need starting in early April and especially during the summer.

The client has double assistance during the day. Assistants currently work from 08:00 to 23:00 and 24-hour shifts from 09:00 to 09:00 with sleeping on duty.

About the client

I am a social woman with a sense of humor in my prime years, 65 plus 😉 I need help with everything practical and all close and basic needs. Also assistance with typing on the computer, retrieving office supplies, shopping, going for walks with me and my dog, cooking, etc. Yes, everything that exists in a home and what helps me function in my daily life. You are my arms and legs, but I think for myself.

In my previous professional career, I worked with social issues/functional variations. My interests today include my summer place, my dog, concerts, cozy evenings at home with TV, socializing with friends, and attending interesting seminars.

About you

You are preferably 30 years old and above. You need to be empathetic and understand the difference between care and personal assistance. It is good but not necessary if you have previously worked as a personal assistant. It is important that you have experience working with people and have a service-minded attitude.

With me, you will work with friendly colleagues of various ages.

I have the necessary aids (e.g., a lift) so the work is not physically demanding, but you still need to have a good back and strong legs for walks. It is important that you can adapt to my day; it can be stressful at times, but mostly you need to be able to take it easy.

It is important that you:

• Are adaptable regarding times and workplace as I spend part of the summer at my summer house.

• Are an animal lover and not allergic to my hypoallergenic little dog.

• Preferably have a driver's license.

• Are smoke and perfume-free due to my allergies.

• Have a family situation that allows you to work nights and sleeping on duty.

• Master the Swedish language very well in both speech and writing as I need help with typing on my computer.

Other

A collective agreement exists between Kommunal and Fremia.
