Perspektiva is recruiting a family therapist with experience to join our team in Stockholm. As a family therapist with us, you will work in an engaged and competent team, supporting families through tailored and systemic working methods.

We are looking for someone who has:

· A degree in social work or equivalent education

· At least 3 years of documented experience working with family therapy

· Experience with MST and/or FFT is an advantage

· Experience with Komet/ABC or similar parental support is an advantage

· Knowledge of NPF

· Step 1 psychotherapy training is an advantage

· A valid driver's license (B) is required as the job involves some longer travels

The position involves working closely with families in their homes, focusing on family therapy and support for treatment families. We tailor our interventions to meet each family's unique needs. The work requires independence, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate in a team.
