ABOUT PRESCHOOL RAKETEN

At preschool Raketen, 7-8 educators work together with about 40 children. We believe it is important that you share our passion for pedagogy and our view of children, and that you are a co-researching educator. We have a vision of a preschool where days are filled with joy, play, development, and learning. Each child is met as the unique person they are, with their different needs, in an environment that challenges and inspires interaction. We draw inspiration from the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which is reflected in our view of children, our approach to learning, and our choice of materials.

ABOUT US

We work with smaller groups of children and aim to offer a personal and safe environment in our small preschools, where everyone has the opportunity to be seen and heard. A place that is educational, familiar, and calming, away from the noise and stress of the city. It is in small groups that children thrive and get the chance to explore the world at their own pace, among people who care and are present.

We offer all our employees collective agreements, work clothes, wellness grants, training, and free educational meals.

ABOUT THE JOB

The work includes planning, implementation, documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of the operations. You will work closely with preschool teachers and the principal to meet the goals in the curriculum, the preschool's governing documents, and the municipal guidelines, while linking this to the Reggio Emilia educational philosophy.
