About the position

Bonzi is now looking for someone who wants to work as a part-time personal assistant, approximately 50%, for a man in Skogås. We are also looking for someone who is willing to work as a substitute when regular assistants are absent due to, for example, vacation or illness. The client's interests include exercising and listening to audiobooks.

The client uses a wheelchair and has assistive devices at home such as a Turner lifting belt and a cane. To be eligible for this position, you need to be able to work varying daytime hours as well as sleeping night shifts (waiting time of 10 hours). The client has aphasia and has had a stroke.

The tasks include:

• Assisting with daily routines and activities
• Helping with household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Physically strong as lifting may occur during manual transfers

The position involves shifts scheduled as follows:

• Varying working hours on weekdays and weekends:
• 08:00-15:00 weekdays
• 08:00-17:00 weekends
• 08:00-15:00 weekends
• 15:00-08:00 sleeping shift (10 hours waiting time) weekdays + Saturday
• 17:00-08:00 sleeping shift (10 hours waiting time) Sundays

Requirements: Experience in care and support or professional experience as a personal assistant. You must also be able to work on-call shifts.

Scope: 1 part-time position 50%. 3 substitutes as needed and summer substitutes.

Start date: November, interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
