The Social Administration has a broad area of responsibility that includes authority exercises and preventive measures, with reception and investigation units, outpatient care, family law, financial assistance, and an operational unit working with preventive measures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We offer you a fun and meaningful job. The assignment is aimed at reducing the number of children and young people in the municipality who are at risk of harm. You will work at all prevention levels, universally, selectively, and indicated, in close collaboration with your nearest colleague who also has the role of prevention coordinator.

The work will vary over time, and the primarily strategic work may include operational tasks based on needs and depending on which areas the administration needs to focus on at the moment. You have an overarching responsibility to develop the preventive work together with your colleague. You will work both with your own administration and with other administrations and civil society; a large part of your work involves collaboration. You will help drive and develop the municipality's SSPF work at both the individual and group levels. The role also involves conducting training and presentations, so you need to be comfortable speaking in front of people. The work is varied, and you need to be flexible in your way of working.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working for and with people and enjoys independently driving projects.

You have a degree in social work or another education that the employer finds equivalent. It is an advantage if you have experience in independently driving projects.
