ABOUT THE POSITION

We are building a boutique hotel within recruitment – do you want to be part of it?

As a Recruiter at Committo, you will play an important role in our recruitment assignments, and your main responsibility will be search and candidate experience. Search is a crucial and time-consuming part of the recruitment process, and we value your expertise in the area. Identifying and attracting the right candidates requires creativity, curiosity, and perseverance – qualities we see as essential for success in the role.

You will be responsible for a large part of candidate communication and ensure a first-class candidate experience throughout the process. This includes everything from phone interviews, scheduling interviews, writing job ads, and reference checks. We work closely together to ensure each assignment is a success, and to create the best possible matches, it is essential that you are involved in client dialogue and get to know our clients' organizations, needs, and challenges.

You will work in our systems and act as our right hand in various situations and recruitment-related tasks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be involved throughout the process to gain a good understanding of our entire recruitment process and develop within the profession. Depending on your experience and ambition, there is also the possibility to independently drive your own recruitment processes.

ABOUT YOU

To thrive in the role, you need to have a positive attitude, a strong drive, and the ability to navigate flexibly between different challenges. One day you may be searching for a strategic marketing manager for a global business, the next day you identify key competencies for a technical expert in automation. We are looking for someone who appreciates a role with great variety, where structure and precision are combined with flexibility and a pragmatic approach to when something is “good enough”.

To be successful in the role, we believe you are unpretentious and not afraid to jump in where needed, whether it's about driving a search strategy or contributing to other parts of our business.

Since a large part of the communication is written, you need to be linguistically skilled and able to express yourself clearly and professionally. We prefer that you have a relevant higher education and some form of experience in recruitment. If you also have an interest in data-driven recruitment and digital tools, it is a clear advantage.

Above all, you have a genuine interest in people – something that lies at the heart of our work at Committo.
