The School Administration in Mölndal Municipality is undergoing an organizational change where the unit for Quality, Innovation, and Digitalization has been created to strengthen our work with a data-driven school. One of our ongoing initiatives is the Inblick project, where the goal by autumn is to launch the system and start up 11 pilot schools that will work with data and analysis to develop the quality of education. Through generative AI, new opportunities are created to analyze and use data as support for decision-making and school development. We are now looking for a development-oriented Quality Leader who wants to help drive this change. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Quality Leader, you play a key role in the development of the school administration's quality work. You will work closely with politicians, operational managers, and principals. Together with our new role as Analyst/Data Scientist and other central functions, you will work to ensure that data and analysis are used strategically to drive improvements and raise quality in preschool and primary school. You will represent the school administration in the city's goal follow-up and contribute with analyses and insights that create a basis for well-founded decisions and long-term development.

We are looking for someone who takes great responsibility and finds opportunities to contribute to the vision and goals of the organization. In the role of Quality Leader, you will be responsible for quality and development issues within preschool and primary school.

Your main job responsibilities:

• Lead and develop quality work within the school organization.
• Together with the Data Scientist, drive and develop the change work for a more data-driven approach within the school administration.
• Together with the Data Scientist, analyze data and results to continuously improve educational quality.
• Prepare and present follow-ups and reports to the school board.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Higher education in pedagogy, public administration, or other relevant higher education.
• Several years of experience in quality work within the education sector or public administration.
• Good analytical and systematic ability.
• High digital competence and experience working with generative AI.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a good ability to express oneself in writing.
