Working as a Consultant Manager at Friday means you will work in a broad role where you take significant responsibility for all aspects of your work. Essentially, it’s about building trust and good relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients. In this role, you will leave your mark and find creative solutions and take the initiatives you see necessary to develop and improve collaborations. You will work with:

• The entire recruitment process from requirement profile, search, selection, interviews, and quality assurance to hiring
• Ongoing coaching and follow-up of your consultants for whom you are the immediate manager
• Close dialogue and collaboration with your client contacts
• Proactive work to meet candidates at career meetings

Professionalism, business acumen, and relationship-building are the keys to our success. You do this by acting as a partner and specialist to our clients, candidates, and consultants in close collaboration with other colleagues.

Even though it’s not the formal requirements but you as a person that are in focus for us, we still have a few that we believe will give you better conditions to succeed.

• You have a relevant post-secondary degree in, for example, human resources, economics, or equivalent.
• Work experience in recruitment and/or leadership, preferably within IT or technology.
• Fluent in Swedish both spoken and written and proficient in English both spoken and written as the languages are communicated internally as well as externally.
• Possess a B driver's license.
