Accountant Assistant for Assignment with Our Client – Immediate Start!

About the Position

We are looking for an Accountant Assistant for a consulting assignment with one of our clients. The assignment is set to start as soon as possible and is expected to last for three months. The role is part-time at 80%, and you will work in a wonderful team with several accountants. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, so we welcome your application as soon as possible. The assignment will take place on-site at the office in Nol.

Your Main Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include all handling of accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as managing foreign customer and supplier invoices. You will also be responsible for handling payroll documentation and liaising with the payroll agency.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable. It is important that you have experience handling international invoices, including currencies, VAT, and customs regulations related to trade with the USA and Europe. It is a significant advantage if you have an understanding of payroll, even though the work here involves compiling and submitting documentation to the payroll agency.
