JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The main task of the Staffing Unit is to provide staffing during short-term absences within the health and care sector. As a Planning Leader in the Staffing Unit, you will be a support function for other operations where your primary tasks involve short-term recruitment, competency supply, and personnel administration.

In the role of Planning Leader, you will work in the operational system Medvind and be responsible for booking and placement of employees with resource shifts, pool staff, and hourly-paid employees. In your role, you will have many points of contact and collaboration with operations and substitute staff. Your assignment also includes being the training leader for the Health and Care Sector's digital introductory training (web-based training for new employees).

You will belong to a team with planning leaders and unit managers where you will have the opportunity to participate in the unit's development work with continuous improvements.

The Staffing Unit is open 365 days a year, and working hours are scheduled for weekdays and weekends. Working hours vary as the Staffing Unit is open weekdays from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM and weekends from 6:30 AM to 1:45 PM. You will work according to annual working time, and there is some opportunity to influence your work schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with good organizational knowledge of health and care in public operations. We prefer that you have good knowledge of labor law and finance in municipal operations.

To thrive in the role of Planning Leader, you should find it easy to work digitally and be comfortable using the phone as your work tool. Furthermore, you need to feel secure in your role as the employer's representative and work for the best interests of the operation.

As a person, we see that you are flexible and have good logistical skills. Additionally, you have a high degree of social competence and good service orientation. You enjoy being part of a group with close dialogues and collaboration.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Upon employment, a certificate from the police's criminal record (Form 442.9) must be presented. Please note that the normal processing time for a complete application until the certificate is received is approximately 2 weeks.
