Information about the position

The assignment is part of our staffing services, which means that initially you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant. The intention is that you will eventually be able to be directly employed by Sortera Materials, provided that all parties are satisfied.
As an administrator at Sortera Materials, you will be part of a positive and energetic team where collaboration is highly valued. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, customer contact, and creating structure in the daily work. Examples of common tasks include:
  • Administering incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing sampling lists
  • Administering transport documents according to routine
  • FA reporting
  • Updating registers, contact lists, and email lists
  • Reporting deviations in the work environment to the nearest manager
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email

Who are you?

For this position, it is required that you have good technical skills in Office programs (Word, Excel, and Teams) as well as administrative systems. Your personal qualities are also important for how well you will thrive and succeed in the role. Therefore, you are a service-oriented person who always puts the customer in focus and creates a positive experience. You are responsible and meticulous with a good ability to take initiative, work in a structured manner, and ensure that tasks are completed with good quality. Furthermore, you are a stress-resistant person with a good ability to adapt to changes and solve challenges effectively. It is also important that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with colleagues.
If you have experience in invoicing or from the industry previously, it is an advantage for the position, but not a requirement.
