On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a controller responsible for a client in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 01-04-2025 and continue until 01-04-2026

Job Description/Role

• Responsible for ensuring that the budget and forecasting process for the company runs according to plan
• Ensure monthly performance tracking at department, unit, and property level
• Ensure monthly outcomes for our investments in relation to the budget
• Ensure that investment calculations related to decision support are correct and that the process runs smoothly.
• Ensure requirements and implementation of BI systems
• Contribute to reporting per property and conducting net operating income analyses at the property level
• Ensure the process for our market valuation of our properties
• Ongoing Adhoc analyses for the CFO, CEO, and management.
• Contribute to increased efficiency within the finance area

Purpose of the assignment and expected results

Improve financial management through the budget and forecasting process as well as monthly follow-up and variance analysis. Contribute to the Controlling unit and the business gaining a better understanding of corporate finance. Improve the investment process regarding progress and quality. Initiate the implementation of BI systems.

Scope The assignment is estimated to have a workload of 100% throughout the assignment period. Possibility for remote work: Possibility for remote work two days a week.

Mandatory requirements (Must)

• At least 5 years of experience in controlling within the real estate industry
• Experience in both Business controlling and project controlling
• Experience in investment calculations
• Experience in driving development projects, such as BI systems and process development.
• University degree of at least 3 years

Desirable requirements Experience in property valuation is desirable.

Language requirements Swedish in speech and writing.

Availability requirement from date 2025-04-01.

Scope Assignment period: 01-Apr-2025 - 01-Apr-2026. Hours per week: 40.00. Location: Stockholm.
