SERVICE-ORIENTED TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION AGENT FOR BONLIVA

We are looking for a Travel and Accommodation Agent for our support team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our consultants in healthcare, education, and social services receive a smooth and professional staffing experience. The position is a temporary contract until September 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Travel and Accommodation Agent, you are a central part of the support team and the right hand of the staffing unit. You are responsible for ensuring that our consultants, both in Sweden and Norway, receive the best service in the Nordics throughout the staffing process.

Your main tasks:

• Booking and managing accommodations and travels, including contracts.
• Negotiating with potential partners in the field.
• Supporting the staffing team with administrative matters.

You are driven by keeping order, skilled with both words and numbers, and motivated by providing the best possible service.

FORMAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in service professions and/or administrative roles.
• Meriting with vocational or university education in the travel industry, service, or economics – especially if you have a background as a travel consultant.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

SELECTION PROCESS

Selection is ongoing, so be quick with your application! We review applications continuously and will start interviews as soon as possible. In the first stage, we will have a phone interview followed by a longer personal interview for candidates who proceed. All our final candidates will complete a test case in the last stage of the hiring process. Before hiring, we also always check references.

DETAILS ABOUT THE POSITION

Period: Temporary contract until September 1, 2026 (with the possibility of extension). Working hours: 08:00–17:00 with one hour of flexible time. Location: Stockholm. Scope: Full-time.
