Cyntus AB is an accounting and bookkeeping agency that manages the ongoing bookkeeping for several companies, which may increase over time. The company also owns delivery vehicles/emergency vehicles for Best Transporter. Cyntus AB is also the parent company of a group with nine subsidiaries in construction and painting, conservatories, tiling, roofing, and scaffolding. These companies are undergoing significant expansion. The group currently has a turnover of approximately 200 million SEK. We also own a tire business within the family as a franchise to Däckskiftarna, which will also be part of the work. Today, we have 53 employees in the group as well as several subcontractors. We are located in nice premises in Albyberg Dammliden with combined office and warehouse; the group also has offices in Upplands Väsby and Göt. We see that you have many years of experience in managing ongoing bookkeeping in the company, and you will be the spider in the web. We expect you to have a strong sense of order and great initiative.
You have good knowledge of Fortnox. You are a cheerful and positive person who can fit into our group. It is also important that you are flexible and forward-thinking as we are in an expansion phase. Other administrative tasks will also occur. We want you to carefully write in your cover letter why you would be suitable for the position, along with a CV with references. You may also include a photo so we can put a face to the application. You should not be afraid to learn and be a driven person. Curiosity and a strong will are seen as merits. Good knowledge of Excel is required. You should have very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken. You will manage ongoing bookkeeping and administrative tasks, and you should have full knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, reports, etc.
It is advantageous if you can prepare annual reports. You should be able to independently perform all relevant accounting tasks, answer calls in our switchboard, and assist the CEO with administrative duties. You may also run errands. You will be based at our office in Dammliden 7, Österhaninge. We do not accept interns; we are looking for a self-sufficient person. We prefer female applicants as we have a male-dominated environment in the group.
The position will be very varied, involving accounting, writing quotes and contracts, and being the spider in the web for our managers. You will relieve and assist our CEO. There is a great opportunity to be involved in the companies' development for the right person. Good knowledge of Fortnox is advantageous.
