About the position

This is a part-time consulting assignment initially lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Primär. There are opportunities for extending the assignment as well as the possibility to work full-time in the long term.

Primär offers and develops administrative and technical services and methods within property management, cleaning, workplace services, infrastructure, and IT.

Primär is proud to provide services to all types of property owners and tenants such as housing cooperatives, offices, and manufacturing industries. They ensure that the infrastructure around public transport works, delivering property services and cleaning to schools, elderly care, and authorities.

Job responsibilities

In the role of receptionist, you will work at one of Primär's client companies. As a receptionist, you will be the central point of contact between the organization and its visitors. You will welcome the company's visitors at the reception in a friendly and professional manner and be responsible for keeping the office's common areas clean and tidy. In the role of receptionist, you will also be responsible for answering emails and phone calls at the switchboard, receiving deliveries, purchasing and ordering materials for the office and kitchen, as well as assisting your colleagues. Your workday will be varied as you work on the tasks that are most prioritized at the moment. The location for this position is centrally in Stockholm.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Work experience in service • Previous experience as a receptionist is highly meritorious • You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and English To thrive in this position, you are service-minded and enjoy helping others. You are structured in your work approach and like to have order and tidiness around you. In your interactions with others, you are always pleasant and professional. It is also important that you are flexible and can handle unforeseen situations.
