About the role

Are you driven by working operationally with varied HR tasks in a growing company with a strong vision and forward momentum? Then Hemfrid could be your next workplace! As an HR Business Partner with us, you will have overall responsibility for several tasks such as labor law issues and negotiations, workplace environment, skills development, and coaching our leaders. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and other functions in the company to ensure that we contribute to long-term success. You will be highly involved in providing managers with support in various forms - work processes, information, training, and coaching. You will initiate and drive development projects related to annual HR processes with a focus on simplifying, professionalizing & digitizing. As an HR Business Partner, you are solution-oriented, collaborative, and committed to developing sustainable working methods, identifying opportunities, and supporting transformation in a dynamic and growing organization. Your tasks will partly involve:

• Using HR data and insights to support business decisions, manage risks, and ensure that HR strategies drive business growth.
• Collaborating with the Group's CHRO to develop organizational structures, improve job architecture, and optimize workflows.
• Conducting union negotiations and actively working with labor law issues.
• Acting as a mentor for the HR team and contributing to building a strong HR function.
• Contributing to the development of a modern HR organization focused on improving the employee experience.
• Implementing restructuring plans and ensuring that competencies are adapted to future needs.
• Being a link between Hemfrid and KEYTO in matters related to People and Change, ensuring that we follow the Group's overall strategy.
• Contributing with a holistic perspective, focusing on building strong relationships and creating engagement within the organization.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in broad HR work, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or a similar senior HR role.
• A business-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of how HR can contribute to achieving the organization's overall goals.
• Good problem-solving skills and experience working data-driven to influence decisions and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to engage and inspire others.
• Experience working in fast-growing organizations or corporate environments is a plus.

As an HR Business Partner at Hemfrid, you will have a central role in a dynamic organization where development and growth are the focus. We offer a developing environment where you have great freedom to influence and drive results, supported by a dedicated and competent team. You will report to the CHRO of KEYTO Group and have a dotted reporting line to the Head of Business Unit Cleaning/CEO of Hemfrid. The position is based in Stockholm, and you will be part of Hemfrid's HR team. We offer a probationary employment of 6 months, which will then transition to a permanent position.
