HR Specialist Needed for Government Agency

We are looking for an HR specialist for our client, a government agency. As an HR specialist, you will be the contact person for several of the agency's managers. You will work operationally to support the managers across the entire HR area and contribute to strengthening them in their role as clear employers (answering questions about conditions, advising on personnel matters, supporting managers in difficult conversations, liaising with employee organizations). You will also help ensure that the agency's HR processes are followed and that the work is characterized by fairness and transparency. The position involves close collaboration with various internal functions to drive the development of proactive and supportive HR work.

Qualifications

• You have experience working as an HR specialist supporting managers.
• You have experience working in the public sector/government agency.
• It is an advantage if you have education in HR/personnel.

We are looking for a person who is communicative, attentive, and can build trusting relationships. You are structured and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and can take the initiative to drive HR processes forward.

Salary

36,000-38,000 SEK/month.

Start and Application

Full-time, office hours. Our client wishes to start immediately, and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-09-18 with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client in Stockholm. Our client has an office in Kungsholmen, and remote work is possible.
