Customer Hosts for Customer Service Department

We are looking for Customer Hosts for our Customer Service Department. You will be part of a team that works with tenant-related issues and associated administration, located at our headquarters in Tumba.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Host at Botkyrkabyggen, you will have a broad and varied role where you meet and guide our tenants and are responsible for rental-related matters, including housing mediation, contract writing, transfers, and exchanges. Together with the rest of the team, you will staff the customer center and handle questions related to the housing queue, queue rules, and ongoing projects in our areas. Furthermore, you will inform about our various concept solutions and options. Part of the job also involves handling tenant inquiries via email and registering and following up on service issues in our case management system Vitec. If necessary, you will act as a backup for the customer center and help ensure good service and efficient case management.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a high school education and experience in the real estate industry, particularly in leasing or similar tasks. If you have a post-secondary education in property management or another relevant area for the role, it is an advantage. Knowledge of rental law and insight into the law on public municipal housing companies is beneficial. Experience with Vitec is a plus. We work together across the department, so it is important that you have good collaboration skills and are good at building relationships. The role also requires you to be self-driven, structured, and motivated in your work.
