Service Employee in Facility Management

Are you a solution-oriented and service-minded person who enjoys helping both customers and colleagues? Then this might be the job for you!

We are currently looking for a service employee in Facility Management for our client in the insurance industry. You will be an important part of the daily operations and provide internal support primarily to internal staff at the Stockholm office. We are looking for someone who is studying and wants to gain more practical experience.

Your tasks together with the rest of the team will include:

  • Managing and sorting incoming and outgoing mail/packages as well as registered mail/deliveries for the office.
  • Handling deliveries, cases, and inquiries via a digital case management system and email.
  • Contributing to a smooth and efficient workday by assisting with other administrative and practical office tasks, e.g., ordering/replenishing office supplies, picking up deliveries/mail rounds at the office.
  • The team also handles access cards and photography.
  • The team also serves as backup for the Reception where we welcome both external and internal customers.
  • Ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with our routines and timelines.
  • Representing the company in a professional manner through your attire and demeanor.

The position means that you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting, but will work at our client’s office in central Stockholm. The position is a temporary employment at 50% until June 23, after which it will increase to 100% until August 25, with a possible opportunity for 50% again in the fall. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and during the summer from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Someone who is studying a post-secondary education or has another main occupation of at least 50%.
  • Someone with previous experience working in Facility Management Service or reception.
  • Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of the Office suite and experience working in case management systems.
  • An outgoing and positive attitude as well as a professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility and the ability to take on various tasks.
  • Enjoyment in working both independently and in a team.
  • Solution-oriented and meticulous.
