We are looking for new Winners and Top Sellers for our sales organization
We are hiring driven, energetic, and bold salespeople with strong determination, discipline, and willpower to succeed and build a career in B2B tele-sales.
Your responsibilities as a Job Advertisement Salesperson at KarriärGuiden.se:
- You have a clear sales responsibility to achieve and exceed your monthly budget
- You maintain a high activity level and call time on the phone every day
- You drive customer calls with high energy, enthusiasm, and strong conviction to do business with qualified customers
- You are responsible for independently and effectively prospecting and processing potential customers and selling our products in job advertising and Employer Branding
- Your goal is to quickly build your own customer base and develop your customer accounts over time to maximize business potential and customer benefit
- Working hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 at our attractive office in Stockholm, Gärdesfältet.
Your Skills/Competencies
- At least 6 months of successful experience in tele-sales with very good results
- You are disciplined, hard-working, and have a winning mentality
- You are fearless, highly motivated to chase (cold-call), and have an easy time connecting with decision-makers
- You follow up and drive the sales process forward with a “sense of urgency” and close the deal
- You enjoy competing and being at the top of the podium
- Experience in elite sports is a plus
