Job Advertisement: Receptionist, Customer Host, and Conference Host

Are you passionate about delivering high service and have a genuine interest in helping people? We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities!

We are now seeking a student who wants to work part-time in a combined role as a receptionist, customer host, and conference host! You will be a key person in ensuring first-class service and providing a smooth and professional reception. We are looking for someone with drive, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude. No two days are the same, and the offices and receptions are characterized by a fast pace where you will be standing and walking a lot.

You will work 2-3 days a week, primarily during office hours on weekdays. Many shifts will be scheduled in advance, but sometimes we will need your help at short notice, and you may be booked out the same day from 6:00 AM.

Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming and assisting visitors with a smile.
• Handling phone calls, booking meeting rooms, and conference facilities.
• Managing mail and courier services as well as simpler administrative tasks.
• Assisting with furniture arrangements, which may sometimes involve heavy lifting.
• Responsible for daily operations, such as ensuring coffee machines and dishwashers are functioning.
• Contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere in the reception and office.

This position is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and will work at various offices around central and northern Stockholm. The position is long-term, and we expect you to have at least one year left in your studies.

Please note that evening or weekend work is not offered.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You who are studying at a university/college and have at least one year left in your studies.
• You who have previous experience working in a reception.
• You have prior customer service experience and are service-oriented, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have experience working with computers and administrative systems.

To become part of the team, you need:

• Two references.
• Proof of enrollment for studies.
• Approved background check.
