We are looking for a consultant with extensive experience in developing and implementing customer-focused strategies for a client in rail-bound passenger transport.

The role requires expertise in leading strategic work around customer experiences in large and complex organizations, both in B2C and B2B. Since this involves rail transport, it is important that the consultant has experience in mapping and analyzing the entire customer journey with the right methods and tools.

The consultant is expected to work both at a strategic level and as a change leader, where the ability to translate strategies into concrete results is central.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with at least 15 years of relevant experience in customer strategy and customer data, preferably with previous leadership roles in larger organizations. Experience working with CRM systems and advanced analytical tools is a prerequisite for success in this role. We would like you to meet the following requirements:

• Ability to transform customer insights into concrete strategic actions that create value and results. • Specialist competence in CRM systems, customer data management, and use of advanced analytical tools. • Analysis of complex customer data and identification of valuable insights. This means that the consultant should be able to design and implement strategies to improve both data quality and analytical capacity. • Experience in leading and implementing change processes in large and complex organizations. • Ability to build engagement and gain acceptance from various stakeholders through effective communication and anchoring. • Good knowledge of agile working methods. • Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Documented experience in leading workshops and driving change processes effectively. • Ability to develop, compile, and present business cases in a clear and convincing manner. • Strong understanding of how digital channels, customer service, and physical customer meetings interact to create an optimal customer experience. • Skill in building relationships and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
