DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-established growing company that works with high-quality roofing and roofing services in the Stockholm region. We strive to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 24 employees who collaborate with about 40 subcontractors. The operations are based in our premises in Länna Industrial Area. We are currently looking for a person who can assist with planning, documentation, and follow-up regarding our projects. Therefore, we are looking for someone who likes the idea of being an 

EFFECTIVE PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

What does this role entail?

Your job is primarily to handle incoming orders and ensure they are efficiently delivered to our customers. This means getting many sub-tasks completed and well-controlled. Personnel planning, material purchasing, logistics, follow-up, and coordination with subcontractors are part of your responsibilities, and you will collaborate with and report directly to the production manager. 

What is required of you? 

To meet this quite tough challenge, you obviously need to be productive. Used to getting things decided and executed quickly. You need to be able to show us that you have worked hard to achieve good results in previous jobs. You have taken responsibility and also demonstrated that you can create good relationships with both colleagues, customers, and/or suppliers. You do not necessarily need to have worked in our industry, but you know that with good practice you can develop your skills (if needed) to function as a stable professional project administrator for DM TAK.

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a driver's license. If you also have a forklift license, that is a plus.
