BioSalma is looking for an analytical and business-driven Business Controller to drive profitable growth and business development within the FMCG sector. Responsibilities

As a Business Controller at BioSalma, you will hold a key position in the organization and play a central role in driving the business forward. You will function as a business support where you analyze and assess the profitability and growth opportunities for BioSalma's products and sales channels. By working closely with various internal teams, you will develop business strategies based on in-depth market analysis and ensure that decisions are data-driven to optimize BioSalma's presence and sales.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Conducting analyses of market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to create insights and recommendations for business development.

• Evaluating and compiling various perspectives (market, demand, sales channels) to assess profitability and business opportunities.

• Creating and maintaining systematic models to support decision-making and optimize the product range in the market.

• Working closely with product development, marketing, and sales to ensure that business strategies are data-driven and feasible.

• Presenting insights and recommendations in an educational manner to guide decision-makers and influence the company's strategy.

• Following up and evaluating the effects of various business initiatives to continuously improve working methods and results.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Academic education in economics, statistics, industrial economics, or business intelligence

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Controller, Financial Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or business developer) – preferably within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience working systematically and structured with complex business data

• Strong communication and pedagogical skills – you enjoy conveying insights and collaborating with various teams

• Very good knowledge of Excel
