HR Specialist Focused on HR Analysis and Employer Profiling

Do you have expertise in both HR analysis and employer profiling, are proactive, and have the ability to work both strategically and operationally? We are now looking for an HR Specialist for a varied role that is important for the Swedish National Agency for Education's competence supply.

About the Job

In this role, you will work both with the coordination of personnel-related data to analyze and create key figures and relevant reports for the agency, as well as lead and manage the agency's work with employer profiling. In your work, you are expected to contribute both operationally and strategically, having a holistic perspective on the operations within these two areas. Monitoring the external environment and participating in networks are also part of the role.

In the work with HR analysis, you will be responsible for coordinating the work with the development and analysis of HR-related statistical reports and data linked to competence supply. You ensure that the agency has access to the necessary data and formulate relevant key figures and indicators. Another important task is to communicate analyses and key figures at different levels within the agency. The work with HR analysis is partially challenging, as we currently do not have well-developed system support.

Your task is also to drive an active and structured employer profiling to strengthen the agency's ability to supply competence. The agency is relatively unknown as an employer outside the education sector, and we need to continue to increase awareness and interest in the agency as an employer among other target groups. The tasks include everything from needs analysis and strategy to planning and implementing operational initiatives such as posts on social media.

You will belong to the HR unit, and your work will be in close collaboration with your colleagues in the unit, including the recruitment team. You will also have a close collaboration with the communication units and other functions within the agency.

The work is developing, varied, and challenging, and you will make great use of your accumulated experience and ability to drive issues forward in collaboration with others. You will have a role that is important for the agency and, in the long run, for the entire education system.

You will work in our modern and spacious office in Solna Business Park. You may also have the opportunity to work up to 50% remotely.

In this job, you should have:

  • an academic degree in HR
  • several years of solid and current experience in employer profiling and recruitment communication
  • current experience in analyzing results, data, and key figures related to competence supply
  • current experience in independently driving issues at both operational and strategic levels
  • current experience in driving development work and projects
  • current experience working in a government agency.

It is meritorious if you have experience in conducting internal and external surveys.

As a person, you need to:

  • have the ability to work strategically and have a long-term perspective on issues
  • be relationship-building to create contacts and maintain relationships internally and externally
  • have excellent communication skills
  • be proactive and results-oriented, as you are expected to initiate and drive activities
  • have analytical skills.
