We are looking for a self-driven and communicative Recruiter for an exciting consulting assignment with a socially important player in public transport in Stockholm.
The assignment runs from April 28, 2025, to April 24, 2026, with the possibility of extension for another year.
About the roleAs a recruiter, you will work in the Recruitment and Employer Branding section, which is part of the HR department. You will independently drive the entire recruitment process according to competency-based methodology, with a particular focus on recruitment within project operations – such as project managers, technical specialists, and other key roles in infrastructure projects. You will work closely with other recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers, with a clear consultative approach.
Responsibilities- Drive the entire recruitment process according to competency-based methodology – from requirements profile to hiring
- Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ensure that psychological tests are used as an integrated part of the selection process (MAP and Matrigma)
- Support hiring managers with advice and coaching in competency-based interviews
- Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and working methods
- Work to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Act as an ambassador for the employer brand and contribute to a professional approach throughout the process

Experience and skills- Solid experience in competency-based recruitment
- Ability to work independently throughout the recruitment process
- Experience with search via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Good knowledge of psychological tests, preferably MAP and Matrigma
- Strong communication skills and experience in supporting and coaching hiring managers
- Experience in recruiting for technical or project-oriented roles is a plus
