About the role

Finally, there is a chance to become part of our wonderful team! Our business is growing and we need to expand, which is why we are looking for an additional member for our new office in Östermalm - this is your opportunity for an exciting career challenge.

With us, you will work variably with tasks related to staffing and coordination of personnel. We are an amazing staffing and recruitment team of six people who work very closely together and are now looking for a new star colleague. In this role, you will share responsibility with your colleagues for managing daily staffing and communication with both clients and consultants. We are in an expansive phase where you will become an important part of implementing and developing new working methods and structures.

Your tasks will include, among others:

• Managing and coordinating resources based on needs such as in case of sudden illness or proactive vacation planning

• Responsible for work leadership, communication, and information

• Ensuring a good and productive dialogue with clients and partners

• Participating in the onboarding process

• Administration in the scheduling system Quinyx

• Securing available competence where needed

• Working closely with colleagues in recruitment

Requirements for the role We would like you to have some years of experience in similar roles and leadership (HR departments, events, staffing/personnel planning, responsibility roles in the service industry, or similar).

• Sense of quality

• Experience working in the service industry

• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English

• Familiar with systems, we primarily work in Office 365 and Quinyx.

About the employment The employment is a permanent position with a six-month initial probation period starting no later than May 2025. Working hours are usually office hours.
