We are now looking for an experienced Lease Administrator for a consulting assignment. Do you have 2-3 years of experience in lease administration, property economics, and accounts receivable? Are you structured, meticulous, and used to working in property systems? Then this could be the right assignment for you!

Where? North of Stockholm (some remote work is possible) When? Immediately and for at least 6 months Employment type? Consulting assignment via Delta Consulting

Job responsibilities include, among others:

• Lease invoicing and administration in property systems
• Management of lease agreements for both residential and commercial properties
• Accounts receivable and claims management
• Follow-up on property economics
• Ensure that lease administration complies with applicable regulations

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in similar tasks
• Basic knowledge of the lease law
• Experience with lease invoicing in property systems
• Good system skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
