What you will do

As a Business Manager at Vimla, you will have a unique opportunity to drive and develop sales in a fast-growing and innovative company. You will be a central part of our Sales & Marketing team and play a key role in shaping and driving our business development. With significant influence on our growth and customer experience, you will work to achieve our sales targets and create long-term relationships. We are looking for a results-oriented and analytical Business Manager who is ready to take responsibility for developing and driving our business forward.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for ongoing monitoring, follow-up, and analysis of sales results to ensure we deliver against forecasts
  • Be responsible for producing forecasts based on results and trends
  • Optimize existing sales channels and partner relationships to streamline sales intake and sales costs
  • Identify, test, and evaluate new sales channels and sales partners to streamline sales intake and sales costs
  • Insight into the value of creating a good customer experience and strong brand for existing and new customers

We are looking for someone who has

To succeed in this role, we see that you are passionate about business and have a strong sense of what it takes to develop the existing and new customer base. You have previous experience in financial modeling and a background in developing and managing business cases and conducting financial analyses. You have a good balance between strategic and operational work and a solid understanding of how to lead and coordinate sales projects with multiple stakeholders and departments. With a high degree of structure in your work, you have the ability to identify and solve problems while driving the business towards new goals and results.
