Mobile Receptionist in Office

Are you a student or do you have another main occupation of at least 51%? Do you want to make new contacts and broaden your CV? Then you should work as a mobile receptionist in an office! The offices are open on weekdays and during office hours, so we are looking for someone who can work 2-3 full weekdays a week. We are flexible and can adjust the schedule weekly to fit you and your studies as well as possible.

About the position

As an employee in our pool of substitutes, you will get a unique chance to make new contacts within the business world and try out new and exciting tasks. The working hours are regular office hours, approximately 08:00-17:00. The start will be immediate. During the summer and Christmas holidays, there is an opportunity for full-time work.

This mainly means being the face of various companies and actively working with good customer service in all situations!

Who are you?

Requirements:

Another main occupation of at least 51%.
Good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
No criminal record.

We see that you can work at least 2-3 full weekdays a week, preferably more, but it is important that you have another main occupation. The position is excellent to combine with studies as it is very flexible; you can work different days each week depending on your school schedule.

The work as a receptionist places high demands on an outgoing personality, service mindset, and good problem-solving skills. You are stress-resistant, driven, and have the ability to take your own initiatives. You thrive in meeting people and find it easy to build trust.

You do not need any previous experience; you will receive training with us and with our clients!
