RK Information Management is responsible for the registrar activities for all departments. In the role of registrar at RK Information Management, you will work with one or more departments and be responsible for mail handling, registration, archiving, and quality assurance. The tasks also include ongoing support and service to the operations. The pace can be high at times, while it is important to maintain good quality in the work.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree, preferably in archival and information science or social sciences. You may be a recent graduate. If you have relevant work experience, it can substitute for education. Experience working as a registrar in public administration is an asset, as is experience in conducting training.

The position requires basic knowledge of the regulations regarding public access and confidentiality, as well as proficiency in the Office suite and very good computer skills. Basic knowledge of security regulations and experience working with classified information is also an asset.

Your Qualities

To fit in the role, you should be socially interested and express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English, have good collaboration skills, and be service-oriented and quality-conscious. Since the tasks are varied, it is important that you are flexible and self-driven.

Other Information

We are looking for several people for permanent positions. The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period. The position is classified in a security class, and a security screening with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. You must be a Swedish citizen, but you may have a foreign background. Start date according to agreement.
