HR Department at Stockholm University is Hiring

The HR Department at Stockholm University is now looking for a team member who wants to contribute to a needs-based and versatile support for managers.

Responsibilities

You will design, implement, administer, and follow up on training and development initiatives for managers and leaders, tailored to the organization's needs. The initiatives are carried out at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The job includes continuously identifying the organization's needs, evaluating and developing our initiatives, both independently and in collaboration with others. Together with your colleagues, you will work on the university's management program for senior managers and a mentorship program that is conducted in collaboration with several other universities.

You will have close contact with various parts of the organization and stay updated on research related to management and leadership development. You will support managers in their development, including through coaching and group development. You will also contribute to the HR Department's other work with your skills and experience.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in human resources or another relevant academic qualification deemed equivalent. You have several years of experience in qualified training and development work for managers and leaders from large and complex organizations. You also have several years of experience in coaching and group development and are proficient in all aspects of the work in both Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in similar work within the higher education sector.
• Experience in conflict management.
• Experience as a manager.

In your work with management and leadership development, we see that you have a pedagogical and solution-oriented approach. You communicate clearly and have a good ability to adapt your message to the target audience both verbally and in writing. We expect you to create good and trusting relationships by being curious, attentive, and having high integrity.

To thrive in this role, you need to be unpretentious and flexible. You work independently and organize your work in a structured way. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

About the Employment

The employment is permanent full-time with a six-month probationary period. Stockholm University applies individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement.
