About the Position

We are currently seeking an HR Specialist in occupational health and rehabilitation processes for one of our clients. The assignment lasts for 6 months with good chances of extension starting immediately. You will play a key role in the organization and contribute to the development of the work environment, its routines, and processes. The office is located in Södermalm and is growing rapidly, offering a dynamic work environment.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and implementing work environment processes
Designing rehabilitation processes
Contributing to the development of a positive corporate culture and employee engagement
Monitoring HR processes and ensuring compliance with the company's guidelines
You will support the organization in improving return-to-work processes for sick employees, focusing on reducing the risk of relapse. In close collaboration with relevant managers, you will work to create long-term and sustainable solutions.

Your Profile

Relevant academic degree in HR, psychology, or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role focusing on work environment and rehabilitation processes
Strong communication and decisiveness skills.
Able to work independently as well as in teams with different levels in the organization
Engaged, proactive, and initiative-taking in your work approach
