Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone and email with questions regarding contracts, invoices, relocations, and services.
• Renegotiate customer contracts and offer relevant additional services to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Handle varying tasks in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment.
