Salesperson with Good Knowledge of Plants

At Plantagen, we want our customers to have a shopping experience and customer service beyond expectations. Our salespeople always do their best to ensure the store is inspiring and well-stocked. Together with your colleagues, you will work to create good results and make it easy for our customers to find what they desire.

We have everything our customers need to cultivate life. Indoor plants, outdoor plants, pots, furniture, tools, fertilizers, and inspiration for new projects. Our employees contribute to customers' green projects with knowledge and service, inspiration and tips, so that we are always perceived as the obvious greenhouse to visit all year round.

A Typical Day at Plantagen During Peak Season

We love our peak season! The store is bustling with eager customers who need tips, advice, and inspiration. The tasks at our store are many, and depending on your area of responsibility, your duties may include sales and customer guidance, restocking, cashier work, watering, and caring for plants. In addition, you contribute to maintaining order in the store and ensuring we have a well-stocked store that spreads joy for gardening!

We are now looking for immediate hire:

• Salesperson with knowledge of plants - 25-30 hours/week during April and May

We have generous opening hours, which means varying working hours, and you need to be able to work both daytime, evening, and weekends.

Your Profile

Working with us at Plantagen suits you if you enjoy interacting with people and spreading joy around you. You are outgoing, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. You enjoy sales, and together with your colleagues, you contribute to the store achieving its goals.

As an employee with us, we prefer that you have experience in retail or other customer-oriented businesses. For cashier positions, we are looking for someone with previous cashier experience. To work in our nurseries and plant departments, you need to have knowledge of, and of course a great interest in, plants and gardening. A forklift license is a plus, especially for those who want to work in warehouse/logistics.
