ABOUT THE POSITION
Academic Work is looking for several new colleagues on behalf of Swedbank Pay for their Customer Management department. Currently, Customer Management consists of about 45 employees in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, who work daily to exceed the customer experience. Their hearts beat extra for the customer, and they strive to provide the best service in their interactions. Their mission is to support Swedbank Pay's services to their customers, partners, and corporate advisors via phone and email. They work as specialists in their field and need to have both a broad and deep understanding of the industry and the business as a whole.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
In the role of support staff, you will support Swedbank Pay's corporate customers via phone and email. In support, you will handle complex questions where customer support often involves an investigation rather than just an explanation.
Their working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 7:45 AM and 6:10 PM, and the work is performed from their office in central Stockholm.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a high school diploma in fields such as natural sciences, computer technology, economics, or social sciences.
- Has previous experience in some form of service or support role.
- Has good telephone skills.
- Has a technical interest and can quickly understand complex systems.
- Fluently speaks Swedish and English.
It is highly meritorious if you:
- Speak Norwegian or Danish.
- Have post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Have experience in the card and payment industry.
You are responsible, customer-focused, and have a pronounced sense of service and quality. You are an engaged person who wants to help create team spirit. You are motivated by finding the best solution for the customer while also ensuring the best deal for Swedbank Pay. As they sometimes have high workloads, it is important to handle stress well.
You need to be meticulous and analytical. You need to have the willingness to learn and understand the industry and the business as a whole. It is important to be able to see both details and connections and have good problem-solving skills.
