Part-time Finance Assistant Wanted in Central Stockholm

Your Tasks

In the role of finance assistant, you will be part of the company's administration where you belong to the finance team and report to the CFO. Your main tasks include:

• Independently manage the entire process for supplier invoices from scanning, arrival registration, approval, accounting, accruals to payments and accounting of payments.
• Accounting and matching of customer payments.
• Continuously create payment journals in CRM.
• Manage the supplier register and communicate with suppliers.
• Support customer service in customer inquiries regarding finance (invoices, payments, etc.)

Additionally, you will assist the office manager on certain days by opening the gate, receiving deliveries, welcoming guests, and cleaning the coffee machine.

Worth Knowing

This is a staffing assignment for three days a week starting in June and lasting until the end of August; exact dates are yet to be determined, but it is likely you will work weeks 25-32. There will be an opportunity for about a week of vacation during this period. You will be based at our client's office in Norrmalm in Stockholm city, with the possibility of hybrid work. Working hours are scheduled for three weekdays between 08:00-16:00, with some flexibility available.

Our Expectations

To succeed as a finance assistant and staffing consultant, you need to have previous experience in financial administration and be quick to adapt to new systems. You need to have experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. Furthermore, you are meticulous and organized in your tasks, as it is important that numbers, invoicing, and financial reports are accurate. It is also important that you have good service skills as you will have multiple points of contact, both internally and externally. You speak and write Swedish fluently.
